Arabs & Muslims in the world of air travel

I decided to create a website for my project.

This project that I am presenting is a critique of the media in regards to ordinary citizens being kicked off of planes, in the United States and abroad.  In many of these cases, the victims are thought to be of Muslim affiliation.  This is not always the case.  Even if they are Muslim, it does not justify the profiling that has been going on.  Those who are not Muslim are victims of false identification and many times are accused of being a terrorist.  Whether this is because they are wearing a hijab, speaking in Arabic or simply other passengers feel “uncomfortable”.  While these airlines claim to have a policy of no discrimination, this does not always seem to apply to these victims.  This project will focus on 4 specific cases of people getting kicked off of airlines and what the media response was to these.
